      This office on North Loops (10640 N Loop Dr Socorro, TX - 79927) is the worst office we have ever dealt with. The staff without a doubt need training on how to treat customers with respect and compassion especially single mothers barely hanging on, one of which is my daughter. They don't respect the time these single mothers have to request from their employers to go down to their offices just to be treated like they don't matter, My daughter just started a new job which she works from home, so she is not allowed any time off while she is in training but they made an exception for her today because the customer service tech on the phone said she could not see any attachments therefore couldn't help her, so my daughter took a screen shot that not only showed the attachments but also that she had attached them six times already. She asked for time, they gave it to her so she borrowed a car because she doesn't have one, went down there and the worker there tells her "Nope, i can't see anything, so my daughter shows her the screens shots, and instead of saying I'm so sorry ma'am, let me print those for you so that we can continue with your application since we are aware that it is urgent since your children are without insurance and have gotten sick several times since you have been trying to complete a new application which we have made you jump through hoops for and still can't get it right since we terminated your coverage. NO instead she tells my daughter, can't help you, you need to talk to a supervisor so come back tomorrow because they leave at 3pm. So, my daughter tells her I don't know I can take time off again from work tomorrow and the girl just shrugs. WHO that works for a SNAP "business office" leaves at 3pm? Are they arriving at 6am so they can leave super early and make it a nightmare for the people looking for assistance? Who is in charge of that office?
