I’ve been approved for benefits a week ago. Benefits have not been loaded to my card. I called 10 times to be hung up on by automated system. Finally got through only to talk to someone that immediately transferred me again and I was on hold for over 3 hours. Hung up called back and got hung up on 3 more times. Got through again only to be transferred AGAIN and am currently still on hold.
