We are low income and my daughter has to begin virtual schooling later this month and we don't have internet. I was told to contact you guys about that and also about a T.A.N.F check. My daughter has Medicaid but I have nothing because I he office never got back to me regarding mine. My husband had a stroke and is disabled and cannot work. I need all the help I can get. I cannot send my daughter to school in fear of her bringing the virus home to my elderly husband. No internet makes it hard.
I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with someone about my snap application. I have left message after message with no return call.

I was denied for not turning in my information, when I did turn it all in to the front desk. She did not turn it in to my worker so I was denied and now I can’t get anybody to answer or call me back.
