It is pathetic, there is NO empathy for those of us that attempt to be compliant with the requirements to report changes. To think I have written to the Humboldt office director Mr. M.R. and left several messages for someone to contact me as I NEED to report my new address and rent increase; both which I did report via letter and yet to receive a confirmation!!! Then in additional attempt to be compliant I tried to access ABE and wasn't able to log-on BECAUSE they could confirm my identity and then I called the credit bureau, BUT they wanted my entire ss number versus the usual last four digits. In any event, someone needs to realize that their employment is due to our needs and certainly need to have our matters attended to with some sense of both responsibility and urgency.
