I received a letter stating that I will receive a call on 10/27/2020 between 8:am - 12:00pm to review my food stamp case. I waited by the phone from 8:00am - 4:00pm but I received no phone call today. I was present to participate in the recertification process but no one contacted me. I don't want to lose my food stamp benefits.
I didn't have December food stamps, at needs and nutrition, approval at 1/1/2021? at beginning of next month? HOW ABOUT NOW, where i food supply?
In a wheelchair i moved and i want changed my address in my snap file, i been try to update my address using all different ways by mail, by phone and by the email, nothing worked.
I had a phone appointment, and the representative gave me an invalid email. I need to email my pay stubs in order to keep receiving benefits, and can't.
I receive a letter to review my food stamp case. And I've been waiting for the call. No one has call me. I have all the papers that was requested in the letter, I need my food stamps. I am very disappointed that no one answers my calls.
i applied for food stamp online on 01/08/2021 and i did not get any answer
I haven't receive no foodstamp for two months now. I've been trying to call them, the phone always busy. They didn't send no mail nothing. I can't even call to get an appointment.
I need to transfer my snap benefits to a different state because I had moved and I don't live in New Jersey anymore.
I have called every extension pertaining to SNAP, extensions 2,3,4 ring for 15+ minutes before the call gets dropped. Or when the phone doesn't ring that long the call goes to an answering machine that's "not set up yet". On the rare occasion that someone picks up i end up getting transferred to an extension that rings out until the call is eventually dropped. The way this office operates feels like its punishing people for needing government assistance.
I was supposed to be re certified. I called 3 different reps to give my new number and was always assured it would be updated and nothing. I'm gonna lose my benefits because of someone's lack of work.
I loss my family first card and been trying to contact you and no answer
I have applied for snap provided all the necessary paperwork, still not received call for update over month.
I am supposed to re-certify and I sent my information in. The case worker didn't put her extension on my letter I didn't get my food stamps this month and I call every say and can't get thru. I got thru once 2 weeks ago person took my message and I didn't receive a call back. I don't work and now no food because people aren't doing there job.
I suddenly didn't receive my food stamp benefits. I have been calling everyday since 2 weeks and waiting for them to answer for hours. But no one picks up the phone. Now I have no idea what I can do.
