The lady at the front desk, didn't tell us we need a friend's confirmation until after we turned in our information the first time. She also asked for our landlords information after my husband gaver her his driver's license and social security information. We turned our information by the end of the day of the it was due on, and she told us it was late. Also, she did not give us a checklist for all the information we needed. Maybe, she needs more training? I looked under the act called 106..she shouldn't have asked us all this information. We should have already got our money for food on our card. I am taking more information to her, that she didn't tell us we needed until after the third time we were there. Otherwise, she was nice but did not tell us all the information required...we still had to go back several times. This was in Harlan, Ky.
