My redetermination interview was scheduled without any notification, the first I heard about it was when I was told that I'd missed it. I called to reschedule and was told that I would be called to reschedule. I never received a phone call and lost my benefits. So I re-applied online, submitting my ID and proof of income documents. I received one notification that my application had been received, then I was later notified that I had missed the phone interview. I was never notified of any interview. No one had called.
