I was on hold today from 2:00pm until almost 3:30 without gettng through. Need to request late paperwork request for my brother Richard Jewett. He doesn't read well and when confused will mail documents to me for clarification. Only problem is that I am in Florida so his requested form and documentation will be late.
I have been waiting for my SNAP call to verify a continuing of SNAP benefits and was sent a dispatch saying I would receive a call. There has been no call.
I have a Snap Application pending and need it extended but I have to call the Rochester Office I have called and can never get though.
I never received my snap benefit card.
I was told that I have been approved for SNAP. All I had to do was send back the landlord statement and other paperwork and I would get the Benefit card. This was a month ago and still nothing. I have been calling and have been on hold for hours, no one answers the phone. Very discouraging.
I received a letter stating I missed the call from snap. So I called and I have been on hold over 2 hours. I hung up and called back and was told to call at a later time.
HELLO. I HAVE TRIED ALL WEEK TO REACH THE SNAP OFFICE AND CAN'T GET THROUGH. I AM A CURRENT SNAP CLIENT.
I have been calling about a problem with SNAP 111 Westfall tells me to call St Paul location tor they now handle all active Snap cases . I have been on hold ALL DAY every day for 2 weeks, No answer ever and 111 Westfall Rd continues to get calls that St Paul is not picking up. Case workers at 111 are just as frustrated with St Paul not picking up, People are calling Medicaid Workers to ask about SNAP.
I was on hold for over 1:30 minutes for 3 days straight finally got through, didn't really get an straight answer on where my extra benefit was, just told me this week or next, well next is a new month. So does no good to call people, should be treated better than this.
I was on hold the first day 5 hours until closing and then it hung up the 2nd day so far 3 hours. Why are these people are paid they do nothing they should be fire.
