I have called the Montgomery County DHS a half dozen times throughout different times of the day, and no one will answer. A recording just says, they are "not available". I am homeless and need my EBT card. I have no transportation, so traveling all the way to DHS if my card has not arrived is vert difficult to do. Why can they not answer any phone calls at this location?
