Hello, I am a single mother going to college with only child support as my income ($1,063 per month). I have a few thousand dollars ($10,000+) saved. Will I be eligible for SNAP? I am trying to figure out if I'm automatically disqualified since I have money saved above $3,000. Thank you.
I and my family just recently moved and our rent have went up by $400. We received a letter from our landlord stating that we had to move cause they were not going to renew our lease. That required us to have to find a place to stay rather quickly. Today, my employer stressed to me that she has to terminate my position due to lack of funds within the department. We have applied in the past and were denied due to our income being to much. At this point, we need some assistance of some kind.
