Hello i have been trying to call an talk to my worker and have sent several emails and still have not heard back from her. I need to know whats going on cause i was only one working till about a week ago when i had a stroke so i am going to be off work for a while.
I've been calling for hours trying to get a printout of my snap benefits.....no answer but I'm on a deadline and I have to have this information by tomorrow morning and since you do not accept calls on Thursday how do I go about getting my printout so I get assistance for my utility bills?
Trying to apply for food stamps. Cause I’m currently homeless
This whole process has been absolutely ridiculous. Finally got a call back after two months of applying and then we submitted our information to the email address but still nothing has been moved forward. We got a card in the mail, but has no money on it. And me and my girlfriend have been trying to call almost everyday but no one ever answers the phone. Ever. Tried calling over counties food stamps offices and they answer, so why can’t Lee County? Just ridiculous. I need help with my groceries and this has taken forever. This is not okay.
I am trying to find out why I haven't received my benefits
