when am I getting my food stamps back
I was to have an interview back in December, let me know what I need to do, I need assistance.
I applied for SNAP recently, I didn’t receive a single correspondence until today. So the woman on the phone told me I’d have an appointment for today at 4:00 PM. I informed her that I am a student, and will be in class for a group assessment. She asked if I could leave I told her I’d fail if I leave. I asked if I could reschedule, she replied rudely saying, “No we will never have another opening.” Considering that this is a government sanctioned service I would assume things like this would be handled better. I just need to know is there a direct number I can call to complain?
I had over the phone interview for my snaps but the lady never called but yet sent a letter saying my benefits was out due to missing the phone interview.
You guys line always busy. My caseworker denied my case and never talked to me once! When I called to get into with her the line is busy.
SOME OF YOUR WORKERS ARE VERY RUDE AND ACT LIKE IT IS THEIR BENEFITS WE ARE CALLING ABOUT. REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU DO PLEASE PRACTICE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR FIND ANOTHER CAREER CAUSE BEING RUDE IS NOT GOING TO CUT IT. THANK YOU.
What good is it doing people to complain if the office doesn't check into the complaints and try to fix the problem. The sad thing is no matter what the recipient situation is, it does not give the caseworkers the right to have an attitude about the benefits they received. It's not just this office. People can't even get light bill assistance because no one ever answers the phone and the automated machine is stuck on no appointments available at this time but funds are still available. Well who getting the funds?
