I'm trying to figure out how to cancel my SNAP benefits. I started a new job on 9/24/2020 and will receive my first paycheck (70% partial for only 7 of 10 days). How do I cancel it and how do I get my "case number" please?

I called to reschedule my appointment for snap on Dec 10th and was told Mrs.Brown will contact me by mail. I received a letter the following week stating if I did not reschedule my case will be closed, which I did reschedule by phone on Dec 10th. I have been calling the office since I received that letter and has only been getting a busy signal the past 3 weeks.
I have been trying to contact the office for over 2 weeks now and the phone is busy. I got a letter saying I needed to send in my 30day bank statement which I did that 2 and half weeks ago and I still haven’t heard back to see if anyone has received it or not.
Need to schedule an appointment for my food stamps renewal. I put in applications online and I have tried to call the local office and haven’t had any luck .
