I was reached yesterday for my interview and was told to upload documents but its asking for my case number. I do not have that.
Who or how do we get help for all the food we lost from Zeta
I was supposed to get my foodstamps on my card on the 18th but I did not receive them yet can you please help me with this situation? Thank you in advance.
I was supposed to be recertified this month. Saturday I got a letter saying I missed my appointment. I NEVER got an appointment notice. I have been trying to call them since 7:30 a.m. Monday morning and called until 6:00 p.m. I began again at 7:30 this morning and am still only getting a busy signal. Have they taken the phone off the hook? After over 200 calls it seems impossible that I would get nothing else. I also had someone call from a different number with the same result.
