Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) provides assistance to low-income families to purchase nutritious food items at approved grocery stores, and other retailers. Eligibility varies according to different factors, such as income, expenses and resources.
Who can apply:
- Any household member over 18
- An authorized individual that can use the SNAP benefits and go shopping on your behalf for food items such as a family member, neighbor, or a friend
Note:
SNAP benefits are issued via EBT cards to approved recipients.

Good morning . I need a letter stating that all members of my household have not received food stamps and other public assistance in the last 12 months. How can I get one?
I waited for you guys to call...well once again no call plus i been trying to get ahold of you for two days now...every 5 minutes and it keeps being busy but yet you will send a letter saying that i didn't keep the appointment...yea right...guess you have to push the buck on somebody.
I had sent all necessary papers to toms River office and they denied me and first thing is they spelled my name wrong.
