The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs a federally funded program that provides nutrition assistance to millions of eligible, low-income individuals, and families.
The intent of the SNAP program is to help improve the health and well-being of low-income families and individuals by providing them with a means to meet their nutritional needs.
