I am just trying to get another card as mine is somewhere in storage with our recent move to Pahrump from Las Vegas. I drove to the office but it seems closed even though the recording says its open! I have been unsuccessful at reaching anyone on the phone to help. As I told them online my address has changed, they shut off my card and now I'm having a hard time getting another. I have $500 worth of benefits that I'm in need of getting to.
