It is sad to have to struggle to do a simple task, like a address change. I have been on the phone for 2 weeks trying to speak to someone to change my address, all i get is the automated system that keeps me on hold for hours or says that the system has many calls and it is a long wail time. I have been on hold for 4 hours and unable to speak to some one. I tried to change my address online and have been unable to do that simple task. I get it some people are lazy like all my welfare neighbors but I have a life and things to do. When I can get a live person they transfer me to the wrong department. its very stressful. I have been on hold for 40 min already. Your system is not as friendly, your reception person is clueless.
