I did not receive my food assistance for the month of August I called this morning the rep who answered said it was approved for August 20th but I did not receive it.
I recently got married and need to cancel my SNAP benefits.
I did not receive benefits for this month. I received a letter saying that I was approved. Then a week later I received a letter stating that I did not keep my appointment, when in fact the social worker never called me yet I received those letters so therefore I was confused. I still am very confused as to why I'm being punished for a negligent worker.
