SNAP Office Trent Details
FAP is the state food assistance program that provides benefits to legal immigrants who are not eligible for the Federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, called Basic Food in Washington, solely because of their immigration status.
Legal immigrants who meet all basic food requirements except citizenship or foreign status.
Households that include a person who is eligible for AFP receives half of the food allowances they will receive for that person if they are eligible for THE FA.

I spent 4 hours on the phone, I have screen shots which I would be happy to provide before you disconnected, without speaking to a soul except for the guy who transferred me to the review office for food stamps and cash. I then hung up called back and I spent another 3 hours on hold, I have screen shots of that as well. This was after being disconnected at 20 to 5pm. Seriously I wasted 7 hours trying to get through.
