The Department of Health and Human Services handles the SNAP Food Stamp Program in Massachusetts. There are a few ways to apply in Massachusetts, through the website: http://www.mass.gov/snap, by Mail: TA Document Processing Center, P.O. Box 4406 Taunton, MA 02780-0420, or in person at a Transitional Assistance Office. DTA can be reached by calling the Assistance Line at 1-877-382-2363.
